ONLINE FAXing
MyFaX: This is an online faxing service that sends you faxes to your recipients and delivers faxes from others to you over internet. Your outgoing faxes may be sent as cover letters (without attachments) and/or files (e.g., MS Word files) as attachments. Your incoming faxes are delivered in email messages as PDF files (attached to the message).
User Experience: I have used this service for several years, and I have been very satisfied with the delivery and sending of my FAXes. I create files (usually in MS Word) and and send them along with a cover letter to my recipients. Sometimes, when my fax message is short, I just send a cover letter. I receive my incoming FAXes as PDF files inside an email message. I don't have to worry about having to have a FAX machines or clearing a paper jam. PDF files are the way to go when receiving a FAX.

ONLINE BACKUP & REMOTE ACCESS
LiveDrive: This software automatically backs up the files (that you select) on your computer. Once the files are backed up, they may be restored to your computer whenever there is a need (e.g., a file is accidentally deleted, your computer crashes and you lose a lot (or all) of your files, you buy a new computer and want to put your old files on the new computer, etc.). LiveDrive also lets you access your backed up files from any computer where appropriate internet service is available; just login to Live Drive, find the file you want, and download it. You may also put files in a briefcase and share them with others (publicly or privately). All changes made to a shared file are made centrally, and are available in the future to anyone who shares the file.
User Experience: I have used this service since March 2011. Previously, I used two other services, gotomypc and Carbonite. The cost of LiveDrive per month was less than what I was paying for one of the other two services. Backups occur quickly after files are created or updated. I can put a file in Briefcase and work on it at home, at the office, or anywhere else where I have appropriate access to internet, and all updates made to the file by me (or others) will be included in the file when I access it; I really like this service. Tech support phone line is available Monday - Friday (9:00 - 6:00 PM British time). HELP/assistance is also provided via email, forums, FAQs, blogs, etc.
